Birth Details (date, time, location): Used solely for decoding your energetic signature.

We never sell your data. We don’t exploit your privacy. Your data stays yours.

3. How We Store & Protect Your Data
Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We use industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
Active accounts: We retain your data for the duration of your account. This includes your name, birth details, and any inputs provided to generate your reports.
Inactive accounts: If your account has had no activity for 24 months, we will notify you before taking any action. You will have 30 days to log in or respond before your account is flagged for deletion.
Deleted accounts: When you request account deletion, we will purge your personal data within 90 days. During this period your data is retained solely to complete any pending requests, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
Report data: Your generated reports may be retained in anonymized form for platform improvement purposes. Raw personal inputs — including name, birthdate, birth time, and birth location — are purged according to the schedule above.
Financial and billing records: If you have made purchases through QID, transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years in compliance with applicable financial regulations.
OpenAI processed data: Data transmitted to OpenAI for report generation is subject to OpenAI's own data retention practices. We do not control OpenAI's retention of data once transmitted. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy for details.
We do not retain your data longer than necessary, and we do not use your personal inputs for any purpose beyond those stated in this policy.

4. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party tools that adhere to their own privacy standards. We only work with those who respect your data as much as we do. QID uses OpenAI's API to help translate your personal data — including your name, birth details, and other inputs you provide — into the narrative language that appears in your reports. This means certain data you submit to QID is processed by OpenAI's systems as part of generating your results. OpenAI does not use data submitted via API to train its models, and we do not share more information than is necessary to generate your report. You can review OpenAI's data usage and privacy practices at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. By using QID, you acknowledge that your inputs will be processed by OpenAI as part of the report generation process.

5. Your Choices
You may:

Access or update your information anytime.

Request deletion of your account and data.

Opt out of non-essential communications.

6. Children’s Privacy
QID is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Updates
This policy may evolve as QID grows. We’ll notify you of any material changes.
